Walk across the street for a lobster roll, or take a harbor cruise, all are within easy reach of this cottage. The kitchen has seating for 8; the cozy living room has comfortable seating and a door leading out to a fenced yard. Upstairs is a guest room with a queen bed; a master bedroom with king bed and lovely harbor views. This home shares the property with another home and a small apartment.

Laundry with stacked washer and dryer and a half bathroom are on the first floor. There is a great office room on the first floor, too. Harbor Vista's kitchen is bright and cheerful! Her yard area is green and fenced for privacy from the road.
