This great cottage sports a wrap-around deck and a partially fenced in yard and sunny times to share.

On the first floor: bright living room and formal dining room; kitchen, half bathroom with washer and dryer; family room with sleeper sofa and doors to the deck.

On the second floor, four bedrooms and one full bathroom with tub and shower. Master bedroom with king sized bed; bedroom with a twin; bedroom with a queen; bedroom with a twin. Charcoal Grill.

Dogs considered with a non-refundable fee of $100/per week per dog and additional security deposit.
