This secluded three bedroom cottage is located at the end of a private road near beautiful Pretty Marsh Harbor. SPECTACULAR SUNSETS! Living room, dining room, three bedrooms, one queen and four twins, 1 and a half baths , free standing wood stove to make your nights extra cozy plus all amenities. Relax and enjoy the distant water views on the open deck.
On the lower walkout level is a game room with ping pong table, piano, and tv. There is a foot path that leads down a semi-steep trail to the shore. Close to the Cape Road public ocean boat launch, and not far from Long Pond. Gas grill. Check-out is 9:00 am. Pet possible.
