Hodgdon Pond 1 is one of two lakefront cottages set on 7.4 acres of woodland that sits across the pond from land protected by Acadia National Park. Each cottage has three bedrooms and two baths,and is fully furnished. Each has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, radio, television, DVD, and charcoal grill. There is a booster seat, Port-a-crib and child gate in each cottage, and a swing-set and sand box on the property. Linens and cookware are provided. Parties over seven may incur an additional charge, and pets are not allowed.

Occupancy is 8 people, with a $50 charge for parties over 7. Pets are not allowed. Please note: Hodgdon Pond 1 Check in time is 4:00 p.m, and check out is 10:00 the following Saturday. The rental includes 4 hours of cleaning, additional cleaning is billed at $30.00 per hour. And the rate includes utilities except international or three-party phone calls and Pay-Per-View through Direct TV.
