Nestled at the foot of Eliot Mountain, this Fred Savage home originally built in the 1890's is a perfect place from which to enjoy your summer vacation. First floor walk in from the terrace to the kitchen - a cheery, homey kitchen that features an island, a separate kitchen table and ample countertop space. Through the kitchen, take an immediate left where there is a bathroom with a shower; the den; the formal living room with a fireplace. The kitchen also features a pantry, butler's area, the stairs down to the basement where the washer and dryer are housed, and the entry to the dining room. The dining room has a fireplace and generous dining table for 10. Front hallway has stairs to second floor. Back staircase from kitchen to second floor, as well.
Second Floor: Bedroom with double; bedroom with a double and a single, a sink and access to the second story porch; bedroom with 2 twins and a sink and porch access; bedroom with a double; full bathroom with a claw foot tub and a separate shower; master bedroom with a queen, ,a day bed and a private bathroom with shower.
Cellar: washer and dryer, bike storage, 2 roll-away beds, storage area for bikes and kayaks.
Outside: patio area, gas grill, covered wrap-around porch, large lawn.
