You can take in the outstanding ocean views from nearly every room in the house and enjoy the quiet location high on the hillside, while being only 3 miles from Bar Harbor and Acadia for the best of both worlds in this comfortable cottage. Blueberry Bluffs is airy and bright, with an open plan living area. A fully equipped kitchen has bar stool seating for five, the living space offers a small dining table for four, and tv with Directv. A small office area offers a queen size futon which may serve as the third bedroom by closing off the pocket door to the living room. There is a dresser in this room. Up the spiral staircase are two bedrooms with open balconies overlooking the living area below, and windows facing the bay so you can wake up to the beautiful view. There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and full bath with tub and shower on this level. The main living area has a full bath with shower. PLEASE NOTE: Both upstairs bedrooms are loft-style and open to below, they are not enclosed, but have a railing overlooking the living space and allowing open views out the large windows of the living room. This is a bright home with high windows and lots of morning sun.

Outside the deck wraps around the house on three sides, and there is a gas grill as well as an electric grill in the kitchen. Enjoy the close proximity to downtown Bar Harbor, as well as restaurants and minigolf near the cottage on Route 3. Pets are allowed at this cottage with prior approval and a $50 fee. Sleeps six with futon. This cottage is also available for long term winter rental.
