The Peabody Apartment is a unique opportunity to either stay with family and friends who are at Aunt Hannah's Pasture, or book weeks when no one is at Aunt Hannah's Pasture's Main House. This is a great first floor addition to Aunt Hannah's Pasture since it has two bathrooms of its own and its own washer and dryer. A separate entrance to Peabody Apartment makes it possible to have a little privacy. There is also a door from the kitchen/laundry area of Aunt Hannah's into the Apartment. Couple Peabody Apartment with Aunt Hannah's Pasture to house up to 18 people (Aunt Hannah's Pasture is a separate listing; additional fees apply).

Layout: enter either through main house kitchen or through an outside separate entrance into Peabody Apartment's bright kitchen. Through the kitchen is a living room that includes a small round dining table for up to 2 to 4 people, a fireplace, doors to a private deck overlooking the ocean. In the hallway past the kitchen is a bedroom with twins, also there is a full bathroom with shower/tub. The large master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, sliding glass doors to a private balcony and a full bathroom (tub and shower) that houses the stacked washer/dryer.
