Enter in to Connor Point's agreeably stately yet relaxed living room via a perfect covered porch with brick floor, or through the kitchen. Connor Point's living room is Maine themed with shells, water views, cozy seating and a fireplace. Nearby in this open living kitchen area is a dining table that seats up to 10 people; the breakfast island in the kitchen seats four to six people. This kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove. Beyond the kitchen is a bathroom with tub and shower.

2nd Floor:Bedroom with king bed, water views and access to second floor of the east facing covered porch. Bedroom with a single, water views and access to covered porch; master bedroom with king bed, water views and private bath with walk-in shower.
