Nautic Bay has 3 bedrooms, living room and full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms have 1 king bed, 1 queen, 2 twins. This single-story cottage features a unique 2nd floor loft with panoramic windows for an amazing view, a great setting, relaxing room, or even a 4th bedroom as it has a sleep sofa! There is also a furnished outdoor deck with gas BBQ for enjoying the glorious Maine summer weather. Pets are allowed at this cottage for a $150 fee. Nautic Bay is also available off season.
