These private grounds were originally designed by Frederick Olmstead (Central Park fame) and include tranquil streams with granite bridges, meditation/yoga platform, full size swimming pool, and jacuzzi. A large BBQ, plenty of seating and lovely vistas of the Porcupine Islands await you.

Living areas sport a grand piano and a fireplaces. Porcupine's sun room streams with vivid ocean views. Here is a fountain room with bar, pinball arcade, half bath and French doors to the pool (50' x '15'), jacuzzi tub, outside shower and stone patio. Formal dining room with seating for 8 - 12, fireplace, water views, access to the outside, the large fully furnished deck with fire pit, gas grill and stairs to the beach. Spacious, modern kitchen with granite counters, bar area with seating for 4, flat screen tv/dvd, breakfast area with seating for 4 more. Galley area with 2nd dishwasher and half bath. Den/TV room aka "Safari Room" decorated with animal artifacts and like throughout. There is a fireplace and tv/dvd. Access to the patio. Theatre with seating for 12 people.

SECOND LEVEL: Master bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, 2 sitting areas (one overlooks the ocean). Flat screen tv. Access to the deck which leads down to the pool. Private master bath with glass & tile shower and separate jacuzzi tub - there are also water views. 3 full baths. Bedroom with a queen bed, small tv and fireplace. West Wing: Located over the garage with access via the theatre only. 1st Level: Bedroom with a queen bed and a day bed. Full bath with washer & dryer. Bathroom with shower only as well as an outside shower. Bedroom with 2 twin beds. Bedroom with a queen bed, tv and small balcony. Bedroom with a double bed and views. 2nd Level: Bedroom with a king, tv, water views and balcony access. 3/4 bath with shower only. Bedroom with 3 twin beds.
