As you enter Leffingwell, you will see a bedroom on the first floor that has a set of twins; in the hall is a bathroom with a tiled shower. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight adorned with cherry woods, perfect entertaining and seating; high end appliances such as a Thermador range, Subzero refrigerator and Asko dishwasher, and dining area. Leffingwell's open living room has a granite fireplace and sliding doors to a wonderful covered porch.

On the second floor is the master suite with queen bed and full bath with tiled shower; also on this floor is a bedroom with a queen and a door to a deck, and a full bathroom with laundry.
