Is there a designated check-in and check-out time?
Yes. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am. Late arrivals are easily accommodated; please call during business hours to make arrangements.

Will I have Internet access and cable/satellite television?
Most vacation rentals are furnished with cable television, DVD players, and multiple TV sets, and many are equipped with free high-speed, and sometimes, wireless Internet access. Be sure to ask about specific requirements when selecting a home.

May I smoke in my cottage?
Smoking is not allowed inside rental properties.

May I bring my pets?
Pets are allowed only by special permission from the owner, and only if agreed to as per the terms of the lease. There are boarding facilities on Mount Desert Island if you cannot leave your pet(s) at home.

What kind of cleaning services are available?
Our cottages are cleaned before and after every guest's stay. While there is no housekeeping during your stay, optional interim cleaning service can be arranged at your expense with advance notice.
