Completely renovated in 2006, this two story "New Englander" is a perfect place to retreat. An in town location provides easy access to all the activities you will be enjoying during your Maine vacation as well as close proximity to the Park and only 3 blocks to the shore path. 

FIRST FLOOR: Enter into a glass and screened-in Porch with comfortable wicker-cushioned seating. Next, enter the Living Room which has beautifully finished hardwood floors, one sofa and an additional queen sleeper sofa. Continue on to a spacious, bright Dining Room and Kitchen. The Dining Room, which sits eight comfortably around a large wooden table, opens into the gourmet kitchen. The totally remodeled kitchen amenities include granite counter tops, an island with a farmhouse sink, dishwasher, a Jenn-Air refrigerator and Viking range.  A door off the kitchen leads to a backyard which is fully enclosed by a fence with a gate for privacy and entertaining. Guests can enjoy the bricked laid patio with a round glass top table, umbrella, wicker cushioned chairs and gas grill for outdoor BBQs. Additional amenities include a swinging bench, grass lawn, and storage shed for bikes.

SECOND FLOOR: Two Bedrooms include a queen sized bed, night stand, 7-drawer chest and closet. One Bedroom has matching twin sized beds. The hallway includes a large armoire with additional shelves and drawers for storage. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The Bathroom features hexagon tiled floors, a full sized cast iron tub/shower combination with glass doors.

Information about your Quoted Price:
Included in your quote is the rental rate, the state lodging tax and our processing fee, A Refundable $400 Security Deposit is also added to your lease.
Security deposits are held by our company and any expenses incurred during your stay that are over and above what is included in your lease, will be deducted from the deposit. After inspection of the property and collection of any additional bills from the owner, remaining monies will be refunded to you no longer than 30 days after your departure date. Please allow sufficient time for mailing. Please report any damages to rental agent prior to departure to expedite this process.

Special note on Security returns: We have experienced slower mailing times in the past year through the US Postal Service. If you have not received your deposit within 30 days please contact our office. However, due to the mail system, we ask that you please allow the specified amount of time for mailing prior to calling our office as this only slows down our processing of requests. **Your agent will contact you within 10 days of departure if there are any issues with your security deposit that need to be addressed.
