LAYOUT: 
Enter Foyer with 1/2 bath and coat closet. Den with tv, formal living room and dining area with sliding glass doors to the deck. Both the living room and dining room enjoy the beautiful view. Fully equipped kitchen with cherry cabinets and a large pantry. Step down to the family room with two sets of sliding glass doors to the deck. Access to the front drive through another entry/utility room. 

SECOND LEVEL:  Master bedroom with a king bed and a 3/4 bath (shower only). Guest bedroom with a queen bed. Full bath. Laundry room.  

OTHER: The finished basement can be accessed either from the main floor or from the exterior. Here you will find a bedroom with a king bed as well as a nook that has 2 twin beds (this area has no window or door for privacy). It consists of storage area, furnace room.   Useful Information: There is a walking path to downtown Southwest Harbor via the water tower, which is just a short distance from the property. There is no garage access.

**For those with allergies, the finished basement can be damp if the dehumidifier provided is not emptied often during your stay, especially if the weather is humid / muggy. This will keep the lower level comfortable for you and future tenants as well.

Information about your Quoted Price:
Included in your quote is the rental rate, the state lodging tax and our processing fee, A Refundable $500 Security Deposit is also added to your lease.
Security deposits are held by our company and any expenses incurred during your stay that are over and above what is included in your lease, will be deducted from the deposit. After inspection of the property and collection of any additional bills from the owner, remaining monies will be refunded to you no longer than 30 days after your departure date. Please allow sufficient time for mailing. Please report any damages to rental agent prior to departure to expedite this process.

Special note on Security returns: We have experienced slower mailing times in the past year through the US Postal Service. If you have not received your deposit within 30 days please contact our office. However, due to the mail system, we ask that you please allow the specified amount of time for mailing prior to calling our office as this only slows down our processing of requests. **Your agent will contact you within 10 days of departure if there are any issues with your security deposit that need to be addressed.
