Loon Haven is the compound that includes Into The Woods, Loon Crossing and Loon Nest Cottages. These three cottages are combined to fit your large party- up to 30 people!

INTO THE WOODS - Five bedroom, three and a half bath, sleeps 16. 
1st Floor: The chef's quality kitchen has all the latest appliances including a 48 inch DCS professional gas range/cook top with dual ovens, GE Monogram refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers, (regular and decaf) and a GE Advantium microwave oven. Beautiful slate adorn the counter tops which include 2 sinks. There are also 2 dishwashers to handle larger groups.

And new for 2016 is the "Beverage Center" that includes 2 auto drip coffee makers (one for regular and one for decaf), Keurig coffee maker, French press coffee maker and a iced tea maker.

The first floor is also where the larger living and dining rooms are. The dining room table seats 8, a second corner table that seats 6, with seating for 4 at the island and 2 additional small children's tables round out the seating.
Directly off the kitchen is the atrium room which features lots of glass both around and above the room and log furniture. The best part is the 5 foot tall double waterfall that echoes throughout the home and is view-able from here. The room is fully furnished and is usually the favorite spot to hang out in the home.

The great room is directly off the dining room and features a floor to ceiling fireplace and 10 foot ceilings. With plenty of seating and a 50 inch Panasonic Viera plasma TV. There is the first floor office directly off the great room where you can go to get some office work done or have a quiet place for a phone call. The first floor laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers and a dog shower! There is a laundry chute on the 2nd floor that goes directly into the laundry room. The downstairs bath is directly off the great room. Floors throughout the home feature rustic maple and red oak with radiant floor heating.

2nd Floor: Enjoy the 1200 sf master bedroom with King bed, propane fireplace, 2 person jacuzzi tub and double shower. Enjoy the use of a wall hung Dr. Mercola Vitamin D tanning light. There are also 2 vanities with a make up counter and bidet with commode. There is also a 42 inch HDTV/DVD in the bedroom. Workout equipment includes a Power Plate and a Total Gym XL.

There are 3 additional bedrooms that share one full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a XL twin bed over a queen as a bunk bed and a pull out trundle twin bed.

3rd Floor: The 3rd floor features a large office and 1400 sf guest apartment. The apartment has a full bath, queen bed, large sofa with queen pull out sleeper and fantastic views. There is also a 35 inch TV. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids or a traveling sitter or staff. The office is another place to do some work if the need arises.

4th Floor: The 4th floor features a small sitting room with a full size futon which can be used for additional sleeping. There is also an outside deck which affords tremendous views with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. Views of the ocean and nearby islands abound. Milky Way Galaxy views come with no extra charge!
The home is fully wired for WiFi on all floors with two routers for a strong signal anywhere on the property.
All TV's have Time Warner Cable.

Only natural and organic cleaning supplies are used in the home. For rentals of more than one week, a housekeeper is available for an additional fee.

For children, there is a full cedar slide/swing set in the back yard. You will find the large and newly remodeled playground at the town elementary school along with the town swimming pool at the elementary school about 100 yards away..

LOON CROSSING - Three bedroom, two bath, sleeps 10. The first floor offers the kitchen, dining and living rooms along with a full bathroom with shower/tub. The living room also has a fold out queen sleeper sofa. 35" TV with cable is also provided along with high speed wireless internet.

The second floor has three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the third with 4 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower/tub with a hand held shower head. Each room has a very large over sized closet.

LOON NEST-  Two Queen bedrooms, one bath, sleeps four. Constructed and beautifully furnished in 2006, this lovely cottage apartment, attached to the owner's home (located above the unused in Summer garage), is sure to please any small party. It has it's own private entrance and can only be accessed by the tenant. 

Rates are for up to 24.  Add $200 for each additional person over 24.

Information about your Quoted Price:
Included in your quote is the rental rate, the state lodging tax and our processing fee, A Refundable $1000 Security Deposit is also added to your lease.
Security deposits are held by our company and any expenses incurred during your stay that are over and above what is included in your lease, will be deducted from the deposit. After inspection of the property, collection of any additional bills from the owner, remaining monies will be refunded to you no longer than 30 days after your departure date.
Please allow sufficient time for mailing. Please report any damages to rental agent prior to departure to expedite this process.

Special note on Security returns: We have experienced slower mailing times in the past year through the US Postal Service. If you have not received your deposit within 30 days please contact our office, however, due to the mail system we ask that you please allow the specified amount of time for mailing prior to calling our office as this only slows down our processing of requests. **Your agent will contact you within 10 days of departure if there are any issues with your security deposit that need to be addressed.
